This is just a friendly reminder that plastic bags are not permitted to be placed at the curb for trash pick-up and all containers must have a lid that can be sealed. Over the last 2 weeks, more than 30 notices were written. Please note that going forward, the Board can and will be fining for plastic bags at the curb (as discussed in the Annual Meeting). This fine will be added directly to your owner account.
