As most of you are aware, there was a Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 24th to discuss roof replacement. At the meeting, which was open to all owners including by conferencing line, the following buildings were approved for full roof replacement:
1000, 1050, 1100, 1200, 1250, 1450, 1600, 1650, 1700
The roofing vendor will be onsite on Monday, April 30th to begin the initial survey. The roof replacements will begin with Building 1450 tentatively on Monday, May 7th, 2018. During this project, owners will need to check the website regularly for notices regarding limited parking (including driveways), restricted access to your unit and garage, noise, etc.
