Please see below from your Board of Directors:

-No parking is allowed on sidewalk and street EVER, day or night, for any length of time. Vehicles may be towed without notice

-No trailers, moving vans, PODS, etc. are allowed in driveways or visitor spots overnight

-Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the unit, including in an open garage, on front steps, pathways, driveways etc.

-All trash must be in a solid container and not put out before noon on Sunday

** Dumpsters are the property of Barber Roofing and used for roofing materials only….no dog waste, garbage or trash of any kind may be put in them.
