The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that effective April 15th we have a newly assigned Property Manager.  Her name is Chris Haga and she works in the main office at Coastal Realty & Property Management Inc as a licensed Community Association Manager.  Chris has worked for Coastal for almost 5 years as a CAM, both as an on-site manager at one assigned property, and currently as a portfolio manager handling multiple properties.  Chris is available at the main office located at 3942 A1A South, Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm, with exception of her property inspections and/or meetings.
