Recently, several owners forwarded a craigslist advertisement for Makarios.  The listing gave a per night short term rental rate.  As a reminder to all owners, the Governing Documents of the Association prohibit any rental less than 6months.  If you see any short term rental activity on property or online please report to management immediately.
