SUMMARY
- One member of the community attended the meeting, and 8 residents joined the meeting via ZOOM.
- Doorbells that are not lit are being replaced on a regular basis. Please contact management if your doorbell needs replacing.
- Downspout extenders are available to residents where the flow of rainwater disturbs the mulch and/or pavers. Please contact management.
- The City of Saint Augustine Beach has suspended recycling pick-up as of October 4, 2021.
The Board of Directors approved the following:
- An assessment of the bulkhead will be made prior to additional white rock being installed.
- The Board of Directors approved that a portion of the operating funds be used to complete the north section of the berm project.
