The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 2/15/22, at 10:00.

NOTES:

• 10 members of the community attended the meeting either in person or via Zoom.

• The Board approved the estimate from The Drainage Doctor to develop the engineering proposal of the replacement bulkheads and coordinate project with Marine construction company.

• In addition to the published agenda, owner comments included trash collection, concave mirror at Anastasia Dunes gate, Pod container in driveway, and dune fencing in the berm.

• Official meeting minutes will be published on our website after approval at the next Board Meeting.
