The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 3/15/22, at 10:00.

NOTES:

15 members of the community attended the meeting either in person or via Zoom.

Management is continuing to work with PSI for proper alignment of the convex traffic  mirror at the gate.

The Board requested a proposal to secure the pool pump and heater equipment.

The bulkhead update was tabled awaiting two additional bids.

The Board affirmed the Rules and Regulations relating to Parking.

In addition to the published agenda, owners comments included our website and the Preserve.

Official meeting minutes will be published on our website after approval at the next Board Meeting.
