• The Social Committee is hosting a coffee gathering by the pool Thursday, March 17^th. 

• The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 4/19/22, at 10:00.

NOTES:

• 10 members of the community attended the meeting either in person or via Zoom.

• The bulkhead update was tabled awaiting additional information.

• In addition to the published agenda, owners comments included the Preserve, pods, Comcast, fines, and the bulkhead.

• Official meeting minutes will be published on our website after approval at the next Board Meeting.
