• The Social Committee is hosting a Happy Hour poolside on May 27th 430pm. 
• The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 5/17/22, at 10:00.

NOTES:

• 8 members of the community attended the meeting either in person or via Zoom.
• The bulkhead replacement project was discussed and a special mtg with engineer and potential contractors is scheduled for May 12th at 10am.
• In addition to the published agenda, owners comments included the wetlands and erosion concerns, and owner comments being 3minutes
• Official meeting minutes will be published on our website after approval at the next Board Meeting.
