If you are in need of interior pest control, please contact Professional Services INC directly at 904.794.7677. Just tell them you are with Makarios and your interior spray is complimentary (flea treatments are extra).

Garbage pick-up is on Mondays and recycling pick-up is on Thursdays.

Bulk Items: Bulk Pick-up is on Wednesdays. Please make pick-up and payment arrangements by calling 904.471.2122. Remember, bulk items cannot be left outside prior to your scheduled pick-up.

*Per Florida Statutes & your Board of Directors, management must be provide a key to your unit for emergencies. Please make sure to test your main water shut off valve to ensure that it functions properly. The original PVC valves are failing and should be replaced with brass ball valves. Contact management for recommendations on vendors.

It is recommended that smoke detectors are completely replaced every 10 years (the units themselves, not just the batteries)…have you changed yours lately?
