11-17-20 BOD Mtg Notes

There were 11 owners attending the meeting on zoom. Comments from owners concerned landscaping and tree trimming issues.

The BOD discussed and approved the 2021 Budget. Project to install GFI at entrance has been completed. The updated community directory will be available in January 2021. Approved landscaping projects are ongoing.

The Social Committee is seeking new members. Those interested can contact Maria Armesto at maria.armesto@coastalrealtyfl.com Holiday decorations and lights will be installed on Tuesday, November 24th at 2:00 pm. Monica Boutwell and the BOD encourage all community members to join in the fun as we prepare for the holidays. Please remember to social distance.

10-20-20 Meeting Notes

There were 10 owners attending the meeting on zoom. Comments from owners concerned adequate signage and lighting and the leveling of the pavers by the grills.

The BOD discussed installation of tree and sign lights. Drainage and erosion issues on those properties backing up to the Preserve were discussed.

10-5-2020 Annual Owners Meeting Notes

 Annual owners meeting held October 5, 2020 at 530pm had 93 owners present in person or by proxy; this includes all members of the Board and 16 owners via Zoom. All owners received the packet previous to the meeting.

We approved the Outstanding Meeting Minutes as written with one edit; October 9, 2019 changed to October 9, 2018. Stacy Boehm presented a year in review, Wanda Schodlatz updated us on the financials, and Stacy read Randy Overbeck’s social/pool committee report. There was no old business to discuss. New business included the announcement of the 2021 Board, welcoming Michele Gledhill and thanking Monika Boutwell for her time.

Owner comments included: inquiring about the % of rentals vs the  % of owners in Makarios, request for meeting minutes to be more detailed, and concern for the new street lights.

Makarios Pressure Washing Schedule

All American Pressure Washing will be on Makarios property starting Monday, September 28, 2020 at 9am. They are scheduled to pressure wash the RED paver areas only at each building, excluding 2300, 2200 & 1500 that have already been completed by PSI. We need everyone’s cooperation for this project to yield the best results. Please see the steps you can take to make this project a success.

• Clear your red paver area at unit entry way (not responsible for items left)
• Move vehicle off driveway to open guest spaces or the Anastasia Dunes pool area.
• Crew will be socially distancing, please refrain from approaching and direct questions or concerns to management.
• Notify Tenants, Visitors and Contractors at your unit of schedule and where to park.

Note: Red paver areas left covered by unmoved vehicle or items will not be pressure washed.
